The villa is situated in Crescent Lakes approximately 6 minutes from Route 192, the main highway that runs through Kissimmee. The benefits of this position mean that you are already halfway along the 192. This means that you are approximately 10-20 minutes away from all major attractions, e.g. Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, MGM, Wet 'n' Wild and all other major attractions. International Drive, which is in the centre of Orlando, is a shoppers' paradise with some of Florida's best shopping malls (selling goods at approximately ½ U.K. prices) and is only a 20-minute drive away. Cocoa Beach is only 55 mins. away.

Directions

• Coming from either Sanford Airport or Orlando International take the Florida Greenway (417).
• This is a toll road (approx. $3.50 from Sanford, $2.00 from Orlando). Stay on this road until exit 6.
• This takes you straight on to World Centre Drive. Stay on this road for 1/2 mile (Caribe Royale Hotel should be on your right), then move into left-hand lane turning on to the 535.
• Then turn right at third set of lights (there should be a petrol station just before the traffic lights).
• You are now on Poinciana Blvd. 1.3 miles to next set of lights, then go straight through lights (Ramada Inn should be on your left). You have just crossed over the 192. This is a road you will see referred to a lot in local maps.
• Stay Poinciana Blvd for about 5 minutes. You will then come to a set of traffic lights, with petrol stations on your left and right hand side.
• Go straight ahead for about 2 miles. Crescent Lakes is on the right hand side.
