Swimming Pool

Swimming Pool - the large pool area has a free forming pool which can change colour at night. It can be white, blue, magenta, green all at the flick of a switch. There is luxury pool furniture, a table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool area has a mesh covering to stop leaves and bugs from entering. The pool area is south facing and gets the sun from morning till night.

Sitting Room / Dining Room

This is a large area with 2 seater and 3 seater sofas to relax on and listen to the cd player. A large dining table that seats 6 and sideboard. Patio doors open out to the shaded porch.

Kitchen

This is fully equiped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, waste disposal unit, fridge freezer with ice maker and all the utensils needed for cooking. It also had a breakfasting area with a table and 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 4 stools. The utility area has washing machine and tumble dryer as well as iron and ironing board.

Family Room

This room leads off the kithen area and has a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa to lounge on and maple furniture. The large entertainment unit houses the television, video and dvd.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: This bedroom has patio doors opening out into the pool area. It has a lovely 4 post Queen size bed with a pillow topped mattress, dressing chest and drawers as well as a huge walk in closet. The master bedroom has a portable television.

Master Bathroom: This leads off the master bedroom and has a double sink unit, a large walk in shower and a bath and wc.

Twin and Double Bedrooms: These are all situated off the family room. There are two twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and bedroom chests. There is one double room with built in wardrobe and bedroom chest. All bedrooms have good quality beds. This is not your usual rental house with basic rental package furniture.

Bathroom

The bathroom leads into the pool area where you can shower when you leave the pool.
